Pastor Ken served S.D.B. churches in Bridgewater, New Jersey and North Loup, Nebraska before becoming our pastor in 1997.  He and his wife, Ruth, have two children at home and one living on her own.  Pastor Ken has been in pastoral ministry for 29 years and is a graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.                                                                       

David Alldredge and his wife, Debbie, live in Kent, WA.  Dave's brother, James, lives with them.  Dave works for Mastermark Sign Company and is active in the Rainier Chorale.  He is a Gideon, serves as our worship leader and has a love for praise songs and contemporary worship.

Doreen  Davis lives in Renton, WA, with husband David.  They  have one child at home.  Doreen works as a Medical Technologist at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle.  She loves music, has served in various church ministries over the years, and grew up as a "preacher's kid."

Melodie is our praise song pianist and also plays for the worship service once a month.  She comes from a musical family and is a "natural born" musician.  She plays, mostly, without music and is a sensitive and expressive pianist.  She and husband, Charlie, have three children at home and live in Kent, WA.   Her love for music is evident in the naming of her son, Carl Philipp Emanuel Noyes and her daughters, Amanda Lynne and Johannah Vivace!

Charlie is our praise team drummer and provides the congregation with something few others have:  tuba accompaniment for our hymns!  His playing is masterful and sensitive, and he has played locally with a fine brass group.  He is the husband of our praise song pianist, Melodie.

Amanda adds that extra something to our Praise Team and hymn singing with her excellent violin accompaniment!  Once a month she serves as pianist for the worship service, and often provides special music for the worship service and holiday programs.

Margie projects the Power Point slides for our praise songs.   She also serves as pianist for the worship service once a month and provides piano solos for our holiday programs.

Dave serves as pianist for the worship service once a month and is a member of the Rainier Chorale.  He has his own piano tuning business.  Check him out at: http://www.davispiano.com!

Maude is retired as our long-term pianist, but we hope to enjoy her playing, off and on, in the future.  She is an accomplished musician and was pianist for our church for over 37 years (!)  She "commutes" to church from Edmonds, WA.  Maude is also a very good artist and has occasionally exhibited her paintings locally.  She is a charter member of our church.
